@kyranwilliams6414

It's great to see how he was watching her during the case reading she's obviously mentally ill and he can see that great judge they should all be held to this kind of standard.

@rix1134-kAGDOt

I pray for the best for her, and I pray she gets the help and support she needs to get better

@theneedyelf8867

She very easily could have been a sa victim, so officers should have been very careful about approaching her. I am not saying she was, if she is mentally ill, on drugs, or making bad decisions. But they dont know, its a welfare check. Why did they jump to arrest?

@nataliarosado9319

Love this judge he really is a light in this messed up system. And his fashion never disappoints!

@normanmarcia7957

The bailiff couldn’t refrain from laughing at his comment😂

@homemaderanch

I wish there were more judges like this dude who actually operated with some compassion, humility and common sense, and actually listened to cases/people/victims before just automatically siding with the state/plaintiff/cops or whoever and rendering a guilty verdict bc the cop said so. I feel like more often than not, it’s ’guilty until proven innocent instead of the other way around. Too many cops think bc they have a badge and gun that they run the world and are the judge, jury and executioner themselves and it only continues to get worse. People in positions of power and influence like judges and law personnel think of themselves as better than ‘regular people’. Sorry for my rant, it’s just nice to see a judge who actually tries to work with people and doesn’t see thru them.

@Queenmebonnie

Ummmmmmmm it sounds like she was or was about to be assaulted. Why didn't cops investigate that

@dominicreed733

What's the difference between wearing a bra and panties in public compared to a swim suit

@Robertz1986

Why would she be obligated to stop for a welfare check? That isn't a crime or reasonable suspicion.

@C4RDUDE

I honestly thought this man was a fake parody until I watched more of his videos. You got a new sub👑

@superman6968

All she was trying to do is make a little money for something she wanted. Two men with a half naked woman tells me what I think it is but I wont say it because the act was not executed. It's like a person with ALL black on, a ski mask, and huge duffle bag walking in front of a bank. That person is NOT committing a crime. Heck even if that person was in an "open carry state"...there's nothing criminal going on. It is the assumption that places officers in the bind. The idea of precognition, preemptive, or predictive crime prevention is not a real, fair, sustainable way to deal with crime....because NO ONE has the ability to READ PEOPLE MINDS.

@AnastasiaPaige-i1z

Umm i think she might be a street walker ?? How did he not put 2 and 2 together??

@ComradeNerd

When did Ron Perlman become a bailiff?

@Peter-w7j

This guy has quite the eclectic taste in clobber, doesn't he?

@chellepatino1675

Sad. 😢

@kaiserwilhelm1938

500 yards is quite the achievement.

@ckohn4425

I thought running from the cops was illegal.

@juliaelrod2154

People like this need to be in a supervised living situation. We are failing them as a society

@DictatorDominatorDictatorDomin

@neishamarie929
