@titicaca.

whats the main benefit of dynamic vs static exercises?

@bjiffy10

I have been doing this after every workout and rest day for the last 6 months and my mobility has improved tremendously.

@DavidRaitan

1. 90 90 - chest to knee for 10 reps per side.
2. Leg Internal rotation at 90 90 - 6 reps per side.
3. Crab position- 10 times
4-5. Wall stretch x deep lunges- 5 reps per side.
6-7. Squat to hands - 10 reps

Thanks for the tips; Health is Wealth, and Movement is Medicine.

@BrokenWinges13

As a body worker I'm a huge advocate of movement stretching vs static.

@IarukaSkYouk

this guy is definitely one of the absolute best mobility teachers out there.

@LetsFindOut1

holding my torso upright in that wall position felt amazing. Immediately could tell that my left hips were weaker than my right. thanks.

@Monoiru

This is great. I noticed getting older my mobility is getting worse. I work out and do weightlifting, i also TRY to do yoga but sometimes i donโ€™t have that much time nor will to do it full in the morning so stuff like this actually helps๐Ÿ™Œ

@soleilolay

been doing external hip rotation drills for a couple of months and have seen insane improvement! keep it up everyone ๐Ÿ’œ

@ard_rares_coach4775

One of the cleanest mobility flows Iโ€™ve seen lately. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

90/90 is so underrated, Iโ€™ve seen major gains in hip IR just from adding it consistently.

That crab position is genius for integrating the anterior chain. Definitely adding it into my own work + client sessions. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

@misamisa2677

Those moves have made life easier specially now at 65

@kinleysloat1437

I can vouch for his mobility exercises because these are the exact exercises I'm recommended to do from my sports medicine trainer to become more mobile.

@SkinCareCrazy

Heโ€™s so pretty. I love his hair. ๐Ÿ˜Š

@indicadiamonds

The way im tearing up while doing this is interesting. This hurts in a good way, the musle burn is rewarding
๐ŸŽ‰ Wow super glad to have found this reel. Thanks so very much for sharing this, I am a new subscriber.

@ksy4747

The position that you starr in at the last exercise is my personal favorite! As a natural dancer and a woman with a bad back, squatting like that almost always helps my sciatica and just feels so nice. I can sit in that position for a long time. Just swaying side to side.

@madivegan3051

This is exactly what Iโ€™ve been looking for but when you search the internet for things, there are way too many videos you end up not finding what you are looking for. Thanks!

@BelovedoftheKing8

Thank you this is a blessing! Keeping us young !

@DonovanKelly27

How bout some dynamic exercises and stretches like this for your shoulders/ back/ chest. Years of weightlifting has really messed up my upper body but I have always been a runner and have great flexibility and mobility in my lower body. Thanks ๐Ÿ™

@andrewkim7700

In a survival instinct situation that requires physical movements, this man would easily survive compared to the average human being. We have to all be like this. This is how we as humans were meant to be!!!
