@learn8184

I love your content in videos. Really helping me as a new Engineering manager. Thank you!

@KaroCodes

All great advices! šŸ‘ A lot of it overlaps with what I used to tell my junior team members when I was an eng manager 😊
I kinda wish someone told me that when I was at the beginning of my career - could avoid some 16h days and too many unnecessary meeting at weird hours šŸ™ˆ

@surajcaptain2173

Wow. It's a so productive advice. Good job.

@loading4386

Great video - I currently have a difficult time handling my work life balance. Mainly because everyday is different and some days I'm very productive and others... not so much. I try to make up for the hours i wasn't that productive by working longer hours or maybe doing a bit of work over the weekend.

Not being productive could be a symptom that I don't have the right goals, as you mentioned in the beginning. For reference i was at facebook for a few years and moved to google recently.

@Ferreira019760

Really cool and grounded approach. Hope I turn out having the same organisational skills as you when I grow up.

@Cracksucess

Quite Relevant one šŸ‘šŸ¼

@JakeAntelis

@tarek7451

@lakshya.bairagi73

Great video šŸ‘

@Za_Sticky_One

You don't need to work crazy hours to be successful - it's all about the quality of what your produce/contribute and being able to understand what the priorities of your job is. Also being able to communicate by giving realistic deadlines and targets will build confidence. Once that confidence is gained with your team and superiors, you can manage your time as you see fit.

@ę·±å¤œé…’å§

can you do an interview video show how your teams see you for your em work?

@KamilleN16

Thank you! I wish we'd have this open culture re: our load

@handleking1

What happened to these type of videos 😢

@ywueeee

Great advice, though doing some things mentioned in this video could backfire for someone early in their career IMHO and give a bad impression.

@itgirl959

It's as if someone gave you permission to have these povs and at any point they could revert

@Penpaper
