1:46 You would delete dismissed topics that might contain information you want. Sort by text size twice (shortes first), and do a subset folder like you did before when sorting by interval. So identify the first topic that is not empty (length>0) and select all of them from the first one in the list. Then In the subset browser perform the "done" in bluk.

Another way to filter the dismissed items other than manual: Child->Dismissed. Note that "dismissed filter" is a superset of dismissed and done elements.

2:13 You might need to repeat the entire prodedure, in case some folders only contain an empty subfolder.

Btw I did something similar to apply templates to "No template" topics, and I had like 4.3K dismissed/done topics in my main collection. This grows slowly but steadily!
