Nothing more beautiful then a black womans voice! Powerful!

@marvildegayoaquino1597

Harriet Tubman held tightly to God, and He saw her through. Hold steady to God as He takes hold of your hand and your life. Do not fear, He will help you.

@sadiexx755

I love how she uses her beautiful voice that God gave her and she uses it to spread gospel and to love God more in a beautiful way.

@ImmortalGirl

"Can you hear freedom calling" this song gives me the chills

@KimoDongala

Her voice is so powerful ❤❤❤❤.

Harriet earned the name Moses as a tribute to her bravery, audacity and willpower. During her many missions to rescue 70 slaves, she depended on God's support and guidance through her prayers and visions. As we watched the closing credits, we thought of Harriet's speech and her final encounter with the plantation owner's who for years has been on a crusade to capture, torture and kill her.

@KaydeeLatter

I’m a 56yr old white woman from the UK and this just spoke to my soul like nothing ever has and the timing is impeccable ♥️. Music from the heart and soul speaks to every human who’s heart has healed from pain and ready to move forward in warrior mode, Truly grateful to find you and your music🥰

@marvildegayoaquino1597

Stand Up is a special tribute to Harriet Tubman: an expression of hope, strength and inspiration to do good for one another.

@sashaguyah2417

this needs more love!!!! A very powerful message!

@zamyiabrown3981

I love how she stands up for freedom

@reem6608

How can so much history and heritage be in one song? As an African (Somali), I am so proud of my African American brothers and sisters' history of resilience and struggle against oppression. In Islam, we have a term called Haqq (divine Truth). You are all the product of an unbroken chain of combatting falsehood with divine truth and justice, and ultimately fighting in God's way (and being vindicated as heroes). I'm so happy to call yall my siblings in blackness and humanity. Peace and blessings to you all ❤.

@marvildegayoaquino1597

Cynthia Ervio sings in the chorus, alluding to Harriet Tubman's struggles and unwavering spirit. Academy Award nominated actress Cynthia Ervio manages to do so with every part of her soul, bringing the same level of passion and commitment she brings to her role as Harriet Tubman.
