One of the best Jamie Dimon interview i ever watched!

@LeadersOnPurposePodcast

Jamie’s message about focusing on "first-rate execution" instead of chasing the "perfect strategy" really spoke to me. It’s such an important reminder that real success often comes from simply taking action and moving forward, rather than getting stuck planning endlessly. I loved hearing about how his mentor, Sandy Weill, showed the power of cutting through red tape and just getting things done. Jamie’s stories about his parents were also really touching the way they taught him to always do his best, treat people kindly, and live with purpose feels like such a strong foundation for a meaningful life. His thoughts on leadership, especially how it should come from the heart and genuine care for others, made me reflect on the kind of leader I want to be. And the reminder that recognizing others isn’t about showing off but about truly appreciating them really stayed with me too. This conversation felt so real and inspiring!

I couldn't care less about celebrities, footballers etc etc. I'd watch guys like Jamie Dimon all day long - what an absolute rock star!

@koreaonaboat

Jamie is one of the best business minds of any era. A straight shooter if there ever was one

@sunnybae4921

“I am blessed to have you as a friend”, “you have always been there for me”, and “Thank you buddy”. These three sentences made me think what kind of life I should live. Thanks for the great interview. This was one of the best interviews I have ever seen! 😊

@ibrahimaisaadan

One of my biggest financial eye-openers was realizing the potential of private equity as both an investment and a management strategy. It's fascinating to think about how private equity firms acquire companies, improve their operations, and eventually sell them for significant profits.

@ntsingaz

I will never get tired of listening and watching Jamie Dimon, he is definitely my business icon. He is a polished horn !!!

@nat.serrano

Finally I can hear Jamie like a normal person.

@vilgemfreid2536

This was by far the best interview with Jamie Dimon. You should really do another episode with him. Thank you very much for your work!

@ConsultantSal

I'm a recent UK graduate and I applied to many places for Graduate Schemes, but this man is why the first place I applied for was JP Morgan. He has the values that I believe in and at the top of his industry. That value set and level headedness is the key to the type of success I aspire to. I very much respect this man. Thank you for being a role model.

@alysaad07

Must be viewed and digested by everyone who strive to succeed in life.

@KenBarnes-n3z

Amazing person…with so much backbone and hubris. A privilege to listen to him, and to work for him!

@johnmadec3199

I read his book and now listen to his interview he is the same straight to point kind of guy.”the last man standing”

@ericrotem6429

@softrun1000

Jamie is staggeringly impressive. Fantastic interview, well done

@fidgetykoala

I subbed basically 30 minutes ago. It's a great podcast. It's fascinating to see different leadership styles. I might be a bit late in life but I'm considering to further my education in finance and try to get my foot in the door with entry level jobs, inside sales for financial products for instance.
There is so much to know and I love tge fact that more seasoned professionals already stress the importance of EQ and people skills which are not so obvious.
Thanks again great work!

@nikitasushentsev2570

Well done putting together such an authentic interview. Jamie clearly enjoyed the conversation, which shows in the quality of the discussion!
