Cops need to be charged for false reports
Man called an UBER for a ride bc he was drunk. Then he gets told by a cop he’s going to get arrested for being drunk 😂😂.. he says he’s waiting for UBER BC HE’S DOING THE RIGHT THING. Omgoodness he was doing the right thing and the cop interrupted his way. Do they just want DWI’s so bad they stop people from taking an uber home?!!? This guy literally did exactly what he was supposed to do. The bar closed and he was waiting for the uber driver!! This is the kind of thing that’s gotta stop.
Prisons hate this judge 😊
I love it, the judge finds no probable cause, then the prosecutor says they’re dismissing the charges. The prosecutor is Johnny on the spot. that is like going to a restaurant giving the waiter your order and when you get your food, the waiter explains what you ordered, after you have eaten it.
Why did the prosecutor entertain this case in the first place🤔? Im guessing he would have pushed for the highest sentence, if the judge had permitted the case to go through🙄. He could have saved time and money by dropping this off the rip. The cop abused his power. God knows he won't lose his job for it, but there should be some type of accountability for crap like this.
The cops are always so gentle and considerate when cuffing people, so we never have to worry about shoulders or arm joints being hurt.
Notice how the prosecution informed the judge that they’ll be dismissing the case AFTER the judge found no probable cause? That’s how they work. They lost. They obviously knew they lost. But, by them saying they’re dismissing it, it doesn’t go on record as a loss. That is the ego of the prosecutor. “If I can’t win I’ll make sure I don’t lose.”
I love this judge, best judge ever
Judge: tensing his arms while Muslim. I find no probable cause. Defendant, be careful man, these cops are just looking for any reason to put a Muslim in jail.
He said duties 😂😂😂
Judge opened another can of common sense!!
Fortunately I catch two cases in my job that it wasn’t my fault and thankfully both judges were amazing both dismissed my cases
Prosecutorial misconduct is an actual thing people. Unfortunately, they are almost always immune from prosecution themselves. It's disgusting.
How else do you put your arms behind your back? It hurts so yeah, he “tensed” his arms! Cops are always yelling stop resisting even when you’re not! BS smelled by the very observant judge.😊
He doesn't look a legal us citizen
Even though the judge found no probable cause the prosecution can still take it to a grand jury to try to get an indictment, so the prosecutor saying that he was dismissing the case meant that he was not going to do that.
I'm gonna be that person. The prosecutor that came from the back at the end in the three piece suit is gorgeous. Also, what an outfit.
