All instruments are sooo satisfying! I just love the ultrasonic scaler ❤ And the polishing....Love! Some say it's because I have no problems with my teeth, but I just like them. My dentist when i was a child was very nice and gentle that may have helped too. My hygienist used a "sand paper stripe" to go between some teeth that are tight, I just felt how satisfying it was! ❤

Hi dr Rana ima a 17 year old really intrested in a dentist opinion. I have all my first molars intact but they have big amalgam fillings in all 4 of them. I was thinking if my dentist says remove my wisdom teeth why not remove all my 1st molars and shift the 2d and 3d molars forward with braces instead of taking out the wisdom teeth (aka 3d molars).

I believe if a person brushes and flosses correctly, and avoids sugary drinks, they can avoid the dentist all together.
