You should have added JAX library too, an extremely powerful Automatic Differentiation library with Just-In-Time capability. I have seen researchers using it mostly for Scientific Machine Learning and Nonlinear Optimization.

There are other package. It will be cool to make a bigger list in the comment section I start : CoolProp : used for Thermodynamics calculation (for exemple it calcul for you the PV=nRT equation for you but in many case. With perfect gazes hypothese or not. And other things...)
