A diet isn’t about just eating vegetables and very small amounts of food, it’s about balance. It’s good to follow the 80/20 rule where 80% of foods you eat are whole and healthy and 20% are unhealthy or less healthy foods that you enjoy. Healthy isn’t healthy if you don’t have a little bit of unhealthy.

Diets have people scared to eat and it make them feel bad if they eat something that they are told not to eat.

Dieting mean ballance food eating regularly. Over carbs, fat, salt, sugar eating is against real dieting.
