@Oriandu

Gotta say, I'm loving the semi-regular James appearances. The fact that he's seemingly back part time is great.

@someprettycoolstuff9

PLEASE!!!!! Do this every week!! There’s not enough food waste content out there and it’s fun watching you guys get creative with scraps and waste products

@ABEW19043

Tossing in with everyone else- I love this as a concept. No theme, no stakes, no stress, just taking what's left over from a week of eclectic videos and making a few meals out of it. It doesn't always have to be the chefs, but I'd like if it could stay fun and no-drama like this

@TheBencooke

Dom added so much to this segment. Barry needs to thank Dom for his great camera work.

@joanhall3718

I love love love that this was a cooperative instead of a competition. Ben and James helping each other was so much fun to watch.

@ode-blu

Not only this video flexes on the chefs knowledge of the ingredients, but it's celebration of the last weeks of videos, reflecting on how sorted has grown after all those years. Absolute banger. Want more. Def one of the best videos on the channel.

@luciferdern

Feels like a great idea for a running series! Just a weekly 'make something out of the scraps in 20 minutes' video bit like the Friday burger madness from before.

@lilykep

James bring such a laid back calm energy to the kitchen, it's a treat every time he shows up.
Pro(?) Tip: if you dredge your homemade fruit roll-ups in a sugar citric acid mix it really elevates them make makes them taste like candy.

@richbuilds_com

Didn't feel like a challenge. It felt like two mates having a blast doing what they love <3

@JohnBainbridge0

I'm with Baz and James about the mold. You can remove the mold blooms, but the roots go far deeper than the eye can see. Any sign of mold means the whole thing is ruined.

@sufitewrought6310

I really like how this was edited with clips from previous videos showing where the scraps came from.

@wangstar6T9

What a well-rounded team of brains and brawn. Nice to see James "Anchor Arms" Currie back in the studio.

@toni_go96

I love Dom sneaking into the frame. Its so fun to see the crew ❤

@Nbenshimon

Wow! I ran to the comments to share how much I LOVED this video! I loved how we recap the week with a small memory of each video, loved the food savings, loved seeing the chefs’ minds at work, wow absolutely LOVED the results and the process was so mind blowing and inspiring! Yes! Please do it every end-of-week!! Maybe with Kushy-bear sometimes? Maybe have the normals try it😂
The dishes look amazing, each and every one has such a story and thought behind it, wowz!! ❤🎉

@magsimags

something i've missed is seeing how well ben and james work together. they seamlessly dance around each other, somehow never getting in each other's way. their communication is also so good, the way they divide up ingredients and plate up. each is working on their own but also together. it's a really nice change of pace and reminds me of some older sorted videos. just two talented chefs with tons of mutual respect cooking up a storm

@aimeeparrott9204

I would love this format to be a regular thing. I prefer it when there's a mix of cooking and other stuff, and this gave me some ideas to use up my own leftovers. Plus, James!

@andysanderson2019

I love how chuffed James looked with himself. So fun!

@thmanwithnoname

I always like it when the crew appear. they're good at blocking and being crew, but even slightly knowing the people behind the lenses makes every video feel more human.

@lisal4824

Cutting mold off the outside of a cheese block is one thing and dipping into a wet sauce with hairy mold to find a bit in the middle that appears ok is something else entirely.

@courtneyshumway1922

PLEASE do this more often! I love seeing the chefs think on the fly, including Ben's little prep projects. I would def watch weekly.
