As someone who lives in the suburbs of Chicago, it’s the best place to grow up and very safe. The city is usually fine too, it’s what goes on in the hoods in the west and south sides of the city, which no one goes to. All the people shot are also shooting, these are not real facts but I’d say at least 95% of the shootings in Chicago are gang on gang violence. Anyway just had to say it’s got many redeeming qualities 😅

I've been told truck loads of pew pews are given out in the chi by gov ... That's what I was told

@crisalan9486

South Bend Indiana is right behind them

@Stolas1777

Not a gun problem; a culture problem

@Mana-hd5qt

Chicagos gun control isn’t strict for city standards it’s pretty average. Also, even if it did have strict gun control, Indiana is a 30 minute drive or a 1 hour train away😭 defeats the whole purpose.

It’s the O Block

@samuelsanti2569

I've been on on the West side my whole life. Let me tell you we're not out here dodging bullets. Also Criminals don't care about gun control 😂 The problem is people aren't being arrested and if they are they're getting let out

F*CKING WHAT
I went to see how high it was for my country and all that came up was mortality rates and like 3 random deaths. Only one was an actual shooting 😭

@Ben-eo8pd

The thing is all guns used in violent crime were legally obtained at some point. Gun control would limit the number of guns entering the black market. I'm not for gun control but let's not act like it would reduce some violence.
