I request TRA attention to look into another annoying subject, called the third party services. The telecom operators purposely, deliberately push these services into the mobile phones, with/without the knowledge of the customer which charges 10,20dhs weekly. This is the most annoying, unwanted crap service. A normal customer wont notice these extra charges in the bill. if you call the operator their answer will be, "oh sir this is not our service this is third party, we are not charging!! ok we will cancel it!" come on! dont try to make the customer fool. if you can charge on the bill, and give to the third party, how can you escape from the responsibility? Then they will cancel the service, but whatever amount they already charged is gone!. This is really a foul play they do to the customer. They are telling that we (the customer) has activated the OTP and service. How come! How do you activate the service without the consent of the customer? This is looting, nothing else! if we want the service we will ask you, don't push into our mobiles! So frustrated with this! Please please TRA look into this matter
