Whats extra creepy about this video is that someone purposely informed him that they knew his location. By doing that they are creating psychological harm. Using tracking devices is illegal in Michigan if you don't get the person's permission.

Here’s a suggestion for you take your phone put it in a faraday cage or wrap it in aluminum foil then drive 10 or 15 miles away unwrap the phone drive a few miles and then wrap it again and go home .leave the phone off all night this will irritate your phone providers but it also makes it impossible for someone to follow you everywhere .I’ve tried it it works my phone provider actually messaged me said I needed a new phone that’s funny why were they watching me ?oh well the bottom line is yes Virginia you can turn your phone off and hide it. From those who are following you.

For instance today u went to the gas station this black pickup truck with tinted windows,even the windshield was tinted as is on many of these vehicles pulled next to me as I was attempting to leave the gas station I seen a flash of light from his vehicle then he turned and parked as I made a right turn till I turned left on another street and I parked,I watched him roll his passenger window down take another picture before leaving,he didn't even go into the store,

This is a common technique that any website you visit can use, but the question is why did you click on the short link? Shouldn't it be considered spam? However, it is not possible to track a phone in real-time because the IP address changes and thus the location, hence you would need to click the link continuously for it to track you, but a tracking cookie might be able to. That being said Google can track your precise location all the time down to the room you are in a house.

A red flag: Someone gives you a phone to have then their google account is locked on your phone. Possibility he has a stolen phone. He can track your location. I know someone one with such situation. Different story: You can actually save money buy using your phone as a tracker: Purchase a cheaper one then hide it in your vehicle making sure its location is on.

But you cant track anyone's phone location without them knowing, you can't just type the phone number and know where they are, you need their mobile and run that app
