09:00 jesus christ the right screw bit IS RIGHT THERE MAN
8:59 really hurt to see! There's a philips screw bit right next to you and yet you choose to use the flathead? Why? Dope screen though
Two month report... Absolutely do not regret buying this for my WFH desk setup.
You're workplace is always spot on, but using a flat head bit on a philips screw at 9:00 nearly killed the video for me (just kidding).
Thank you for taking the time to create this video. I am commenting because I think (not positive) that at the end, you say that LG gifted you the monitor. I do believe that this should be at the start of the video and that it should be clear to the audience. While you may not call it a review, the commenters are calling it a review and it follows a review format. Thank you 🙏
I got this monitor last week. I love it! Finally no more complaints about not enough space. I do photo and video edits.
Can’t wait for a few years more where qd-oled merges with 38/40” monitors and 4k display. That will really be the best of work and play
At long last, you've ascended beyond Ultrawide master race. Haha but for real, your other video a year ago convinced me to buy a 21:9 ultrawide monitor, now I also want to buy a ridiculous sized display. Once you go ultrawide, you don't go back. Great review.
I have the arm you showed, I was delighted to see this as it gave me really good perspective on what the LG would look like on my desk. Thanks.
This monitor with 144hz would be gem!
Is this better than the studio display? I have been going back and forth all week.
Flat blade bit in a phillips head screw? Bound to cause damage. Always use the correct tool for the job.
I like just using my laptop to control my m😊nitor. Makes it so you have an extra screen from your keyboard and an ultra wide while being extra clean.
The “strange” 72 Hz refresh rate is also nice for editing classic cinematic 24p footage without having to reduce the display refresh rate to 24 or 48 Hz to avoid video stutter but is annoying for mouse movement in the user interface.
I'm currently running the LG Ultragear 32" Nano IPS., So far so good! After seeing all the reviews about this LG 40" 5k2k Monitor. I told my self to order one the next day! lol I Can't wait next week to get here!
yo, you had the correct philips-head bit.... c'mon
I appreciate such tech videos. Good job Andrew
hi Andrew, I just ordered one yesterday, should get it in a few days, I hope this monitor is good! thanks for this video
Having just changed from two curved 32in Samsungs to the G9 Neo 49in, I'm intrigued by this, and what may be coming round the corner at 49inch (or more!). I'm aware that in many ways, the G9 Neo is the daddy of gaming monitors, but I bought it because I was tired of the central bezels on a dual monitor setup, and having read other comments on here, I think ultra wides are going to be my purchases of choice from now on. It's been tough to get used to the decreased resolution (particularly from 2160 to 1440), but it's a worthwhile trade off I feel....until someone brings out a 49 or bigger that's got 4 or 5k. Thanks for the video.
