Ok, so according to these shorts, the order of infection was: Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Twilight(her "they are all dead" statement made it very clear she was the last one) edited to correct 3dr and 5th place - didnt saw applejack was 5th
