@mr2swift499

But how do they determine this PERCENTAGE ! I don't understand that part

@giuliom2614

Excellent information. I will run this by my tax guy and see what we can do. Thank you

@JackTorence

Love some more info about this. I'm an artist and I bought a sports car I want to use for work.

@wendy33040

I have a question on this. Can I purchase a car under my business and lease it from my business? List it on a rental platform the rest of the time etc and write the whole car off that 1st year? The next year do the same thing and get a fleet that way??

@AnhHoang-gl1el

So how do they track ? If someone tell IRS they used 70%, how they track? GPS tracker

@vincentgarzoli3197

One asterisk is that the IRS requires vehicles in certain businesses to only use actual expenses against the percentage of business miles.

Taxicabs are one example.

@angelgomez6055

Didn’t answer the car q just mileage

@noleorg1

If you trade in a car that you wrote off 3 years ago, do you lose write off on the trade in back then?

@mepps733

Hello sir! Hopefully you see this comment. What’s the best thing to do if you’re looking to make something like DoorDash and will be using your car as 100% your “business”…

@smashtoshismackamoto341

a whole lot of words for no insight.

@richardbryanesq

Not your best work.
