Switching to plant based protein has improved my skin and gut 100 times
Dude you're seriously the first and only indian fitness influencer I have not seen spread misinformation about plant protein. Everyone always talks about bioavailability of plant protein being low but never talks about the fact that if you combine different plant proteins, it increases the bioavailability. Seriously kudos to you
I was using good quality Whey proteins… ajd had severe achne issues.. so i switched to Plant 🌱 based proteins powder.. taste is bad but achnes got better and slowly im getting used to it… and every body is different so use what works for you
Thank you. I can never afford whey. Its already a budget shocker to buy plant protein but its all i can have. You're a lovely soul. God bless you. All your videos are educational as well as honest.
The effort u didn't reveal the brands in the video for the products used as specimen.. Amazing... You are really an amazing fitness coach.. Thanks
Working out for 24 years. I can tell you that it doesn't matter Plant or Whey. If your gut welcomes it then go for plant proteins if it doesn't then you can go for any Blended proteins.
No one literally.... No one has explained about such topics like him, hatts off bro🎉🎉🎉
Alpino protein is awesome for muscle building because there’s no typical aftertaste.
and u choose ur words wisely... tq
You make it look easy being both smart and stunning! ❤❤
I agree. Most logical and scientific reasoning. I must say it's so easy to understand what is right for person to person. ❤👍
Man ur doing great job... you are answering all my questions.. Thank you so much👏😊
Yo finally a good and nuanced review
I got stronger when I switched to plant proteins 🤷🏻♂️ not sure why? I guess it varies person to person
Thanks for making it simple !! 😊
Dude made sure their brand is not visible😂
Plant proteins are best means whey ones you can take in gap of months but consuming plang ones are kore superior
What about comparing which one is more ethical and more compassionate ofthe two?
Whey protein does not contain lactose. The allergy from or intolerance of whey is because of the whey protein itself. I am talking about isolate that may contain traces. Concentrate does not count here.
