On one level it’s funny because they’re changing Alan’s quick note to his friend into a formal business letter XD But on the other hand the way they keep changing how they describe Alan’s schedule and change his request for more time to a declaration that he will be taking more time means…they probably know how busy he is, which makes it really sweet.
