I’m still deciding between UMPI and WGU. I like that UMPI has a lot of classes that can be transferred over. On the other hand, I appreciate how WGU partnered with Sophia so I can see a path to go through right away. I might make an appointment soon to finalize my decision.
I like the idea that UMPI accepts more free electives which I think is great.
Pick UMPI!! Mainly because their Owl looks like he holds grudges... WGU's Owl is chill and will forgive you.
That GPA thing really helped me! Im planning on going to the Air Force and for enlistment as an officier I'd need a GPA.
Now do UMPI vs Liberty 🗽 🎓
I decided on WGU because they have the specific program that I wanted (Software Engineer).
"If you want to make money OR be a teacher..." Lol
The UMPI programs for Business and Accounting are not AACSB or ACBSP certified. This may be a road block depending on what you want to do with your Business or Accounting degree.
Currently applying to both. I have a 4-year degree, so I will go to the one who will give me the most credits.
UMPI advisor doesn’t respond to emails. Saying their process is not very smooth is an understatement.
Yeah it’s gonna be WGU from me.
Thank you...
2:15 "Essentially, if you want to make some money (or be a teacher), WGU has you covered." That's all you had to say😆
I recently Googled UMPI, and it appears to be classified as a college rather than a university. I'm considering attending UMPI, but I'm unsure about its reputation. It seems like not many people are familiar with UMPI or WGU. On a lighter note, it's a bit amusing that WGU's graduation ceremony looks better, but the graduation gowns arent black!
UMPI does not have a supply chain program. I like that you can hack better at UMPI though. Stand corrected, UMPI does!
I just noticed you never added the CLEP video link within your video. You said,”that it appears here”. But, never does….
Are there any dual-credit options for high school homeschoolers who want to graduate with associate’s or bachelors degrees?
Hi! Thank you so much for putting all this together! Please, I'd really like to know if earning a bachelor's degree in UMPI will allow me to apply for Law School afterwards, I will need a decent GPA and LSAT to get some final aid / scholarship. Thank you!
UMPI only has like 5 online degrees
