Here's a simple and tasty *Fish and Beans* recipe that's perfect for a wholesome meal.

### *Garlic Herb Fish with Savory Beans*
*Serves:* 4
*Prep Time:* 10 minutes
*Cook Time:* 20 minutes

---

### *Ingredients*
*For the Fish:*
- 4 fillets of white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia, or snapper)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or your favorite herb)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

*For the Beans:*
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans (e.g., cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

---

### *Instructions*
*1. Prepare the Fish:*
- Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Place the fish in the pan and cook for **3-4 minutes per side**, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

*2. Cook the Beans:*
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Sauté onions for *3-4 minutes* until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for another **30 seconds**.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for *3-5 minutes* until softened.
- Add the beans, broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for *5-7 minutes* until the liquid reduces slightly and the beans are heated through.

*3. Combine and Serve:*
- Return the fish to the skillet, spooning some of the bean mixture over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

*Pro Tip:* This dish pairs beautifully with crusty bread or a simple green salad. Enjoy! 🐟🥄

Bro that apple magic mouse is the most uncomfortable mouse I've ever used in my life. I worked at a dental office that had it and I swear my palms were sore because of how NOT ERGONOMIC IT IS
