Divisibility by 4 does not work like that!! A number is divisible by 4 if its last two digits are! Since this number ends in 08, which is like saying 8, a multiple of 4, the whole number is a multiple of 4

Excuse me!! Divisibilty test for 4 does not work like that, you did it the wrong way but got the answer by mere coincidence. If the last two digits of the number (here, 08) is divisible by 4 which in this case is, then the whole number is divisible by 4.
