That’s why I have started as an intern at a data analytics company gained experience there itself and got hired there after a lot of learning and work with data. Once I got good at the work they hired me. Now that I have experience I can apply for higher positions.

Data science market is full, companies only trading experienced professionals around, entry is closed 2 years ago permanently, if I am wrong come at me with recent examples proving me wrong (I exclude CS grads, they can even get Junior DS jobs). By the way no company accept personal projects as experience, even though they are advanced, do not ask me how I know it..

It's simple as he said, when hiring you business wants to see how they can benefit from u and how worth the money paid. So now you must show them something they can clearly SEE and TOUCH, which must truly solve a real business problem. If u can prove yourself to be worth the money they spent for hiring u, then getting a job is not so hard. The hardest part is to identify the need of that specific company you're applying to

This is most stupid thing i have heard. It dont matter you are fresher or experience companies will hire you after no's of round. It will filter the suitable candidates for the profile .

So it is somehow useless to be a fresher.. and no one gets experience directly without being a fresher... The moral of the story is: there is no job for freshers.. instead go find some experience..sitting unemployed..!!
