Gratitude... your views on how efficiency is built/increased during that 3 hour study session... the read and recall demo video is what I am applying now... Doing that I am seeing myself not as efficient as you were. I understand that it is in your 2nd nature now after years of practice... For me how I could be efficient, and my focus is on dot in that session. I have to put in 12hr day because my exams are 75 days apart.. And multiple sessions of new material and older one for recall via your suggestions, plus have mutiple subjects for civil service exam... m balancing different sessions with a mix of easy and hard inputs, as advised... Your sense of calmness has a spillover effect on my study approach, which is a relief in this messy time. Thank you..
