“I do actually have friends” cracked me up 🤣 Honestly I didn’t watch the full vid earlier, just the start before leaving my initial comment to seek advice within music realm. Now I have watched the full video I realise how much it ties in with music. I mentioned “survive” and maybe I’m being harsh with that word as making 1.5-3k usd per month from music isn’t surviving exactly but you get what I mean in this economy it’s enough to get by really. Living in an area I love, love my little apartment, food in fridge no room mates etc. but it lacks the extra funds to go out more, fun excursions, eating out, social life travel and so on. And the bigger picture house, providing for a family no chance. It’s great to hear more of your story in music. I relate to it as I used to dj for years getting booked globally, had an agent, yet I was so young I just pissed most the funds on more travelling, clothes, partying like wild. Did I have fun? Yes. Do I regret not investing it all now I’m 30. Somewhat lol! But live and learn ay all good. Anyways I had to leave a new comment as you DID in fact inspire me. I’ve been plotting something recently and probably partially to previous videos of yours. I’ll be rolling it out soon and from watching this got an idea on what I could teach/sell of value that really helped me that I don’t see other people in music really doing. Hopefully will update in the future with good news. Keep inspiring. All the best

I don't usually leave comments but I have to for this one Will. I was a rapper in the EDM industry and did vocals for songs that got up to 70M streams and other cool stuff. My only identity for so long was music yet I knew I wanted to do more with the business acumen I had. Was so hard to break away from an identity I held on to for so long but I eventually did when I started working remote jobs in graphic design and scaling them to the point I had 500k in contracts at one point. I wasn't doing any of the work but I was hiring designers overseas while I attended the meetings and such. I became more passionate about teaching the formula to how I did it than actually doing it. Even helped a friend who was a local bus driver land an interview for a $120k design job without him having any experience ha. Eventually I got into buying digital assets like IG accounts and re-selling them. I started selling the media kit I would present to brands and people would buy it for $180 each. That's when I fell in love with digital products. Your story helped me understand that it's fine to pivot and this life is a journey where nothing is final. Thanks for sharing and keep going man.
