Yo. One thing i can tell you so far is not to stay too deep in thought, drown in sorrow/emptiness, or have a victim mindset. I haven't watched the full video so far but just based on the title this is what I wanted to say. Everything other than God is temporary in some way shape or form. God often allows us to have such epiphanies(realizations) to help us become closer to him and grow within him. But without a doubt, this world is cooked.
