Thank you. Where I'm a bit lost is trying to factor in per-server costs here, and other per-device fees that aren't 1:1 with a seat.

I actually know another MSP that has a set price of 99 dollars / user because he thinks that's just the "going rate". The going rate - for what? He's got a client that eats a ton of his time with projects that he treats as a ticket - "just part of it". And he wonders why he's struggling, and stuck.
