Peter Obi is playing to the sentiments of his followers. Emeka has said it all. You can not criticize the policy of the government and as an opposition you cannot provide alternative to the policy you are criticizing. How much influence does he have on members of the national assembly from his own party to challenge the policies of the government? None. How then do you show the general public that you would done any better if you were to be elected. Peter Obi has talked so much about countries in the Southeast Asia such Indonesia that he has now made their traditional dress the favorite attire to wear everywhere he goes. This is a man who loves Nigeria so much and wants to be president of the country. The world is watching every move he makes. As one of the team on the show has rightly pointed out, Nigerians should be asking questions? All the opposition parties leaders other than the governors that are seen to be performing respectively in their states, the rest have nothing to show towards addressing the issues facing the nation. No contribution of ideas or whatsoever. Criticism without alternatives is worthless. The interest of the citizen should not lie on the ruling party alone. So long as you are an elected official regardless of party affiliation you are committed to fulfil your campaign promises to the people.
