@JimmySatterfield-r3f

I work close to them every day there extremely heavy 😅

@jamesmooney8933

Back around '76, I was a relief driver for Pittsburgh Gage.
If you were good as a relief drive then you'd get promoted to a regular driver.
So there was competition among the relief drivers.
I never tried to compete, because I didn't like the company's equipment, like bold tires.
One driver was fast, we called him the "rabbit" We hauled large sections of pipe to the Steel Mills, and machine shops.
One day the "rabbit" came back to the warehouse.
The steel pipe, that he delivered had poked threw the bulk head into the right side of the cab. The "rabbit" was sent back to the Union Hall.

My dad used to work with steel coils, but one day, one of the coils tipped over, crushing my dad's legs. It was so severe that both of his legs had to be amputated. Today here doing great, he jusy hangs around in his wheelchair, just doing stuff.

@J-Crash

Honestly that beamng clip is a good example to show the power of these things

@happybuggy1582

I think i can stop it. It’s easy to stop a cylinder even if it’s heavy.

@bobisokthanks

Where's the cleaner ? He'll lift it with one hand

@RandomContent7733

It’s reminding me of the 30 ton Beamng coils

@mydogbrian4814

- Steel Coils should all be transported in specially made.steel cradles like in Europe.
- But that would cost more money!
Solution; " drive carefully! "
__The same solution (Be Careful) used at all Russian nuclear power plants.

@ComicToonProductions

They're better off being superior versions of cannonballs

@TheBehemyth-extras

The sound effect tho😭🙏

@sayimba100x3

Call Anatoly the gym cleaner. He can lift it with hand 👌🏻

@paulwilson7575

Hauled steel and scrap for years. AND survived😊 some didn't

@user-lb4ns6yp5c

I watched a coil of 1.2 thick at 7 tonne swing on an overhead crane. The guy tried to stop it using his hand the coils smash into the wall and completely crush his hand its something not to play with, as a coil can cut you in half.

@No-ik2tk

If smith and Werner are forbidden from transporting it then you will probably never see it rolling down the road

@محمدالحداد-ر9غ

Some of them weight more than 30 tons
It's almost 2 times the weight of the truck

@IronBear-xi1cg

10 tons? More like 20 tons.

@davy1458

My dad said he worked a truck accident where one of these rolls had broken loose and rolled into the cab ofa semi truck on i-71 in Cincinnati....he said part of the truck driver got crushed and squeezed out of the cab like toothpaste.

@llDerrickll

Tin foil of death

@audistik1199

I saw a flatbed truck with a huge diameter steel coil with the rolling direction fore and aft. It was stabilized with two 2x4 chocks with the 2 inch height to roll over, and a couple nylon straps through the hole. I hope he never had to use the brakes!

@RottingBanana-b3y

The second clip was the steel coil prop from beamng drive
