I made this today but the pasta came out very taff even tough I let it cook for a very long timeโฆ I donโt know what happend ๐ข I used de cecco semola for pasta, warm water and salt and the dough was perfect just like yours in the video. Do you had this problem before? Please help ๐๐ป๐ซถ๐ป

You know that Italian not really use fresh pasta, maybe for lasagna. This is because you can not get al dente with fresh. Fresh pasta is for quick cooking, or to overcharge Americans and Brits in restaurant because they think it means you're fancy ๐ Most Italian we use dry pasta
