@earomc

I really appreciate that you let us take part this closely in Minecraft's development.

@sebieffer8595

Imagine found a monument or ocean ruins in these ocean caves lol

@FarzyMC

Whaaaaat this is insane!!! 😱

@port0620

Would love more variation under de ocean, deeper in some areas and higher in some other places, to make, sort of carvers to add depth and many others things, as the world is 64 blocks more deep

@Stealth

YES! Magma blocks are good!

@misterk7_-

I see underwater caving becoming much more useful now. Swimming as low as you can through aquifers like this would technically be the best way to look for diamonds (reduced air exposure and maximum surface area)

@greenstonegecko

1. He didn't get stuck on the boat when dismounting.

2. When hebwas swimming down I immediately thought: We need a scary swimming creature.

3. Looks stunning! Magma blocks are going to be lifesavers I think

@humourlessjester3584

I was just looking at your tweet about this and was about to suggest something like dropping the ocean floor a bit deeper at places so they can connect with aquifers and cave systems but this is also looks cool! Every part of the caves and cliffs update is coming together really well! You and your team are making a great game right now!

@china_sickness7005

Very nice. Every time you guys update the generation I think ā€œthis can’t get betterā€ but you always surprise me. šŸ‘

@GoodName111

1.18 is easily going to be one of if not THE best update the game has ever had. It would be cool if kelp or sea grass could generate in aquifers.

@Fo_Fucho

It is impressive that the caves are fixed, sometimes there are so many paths that you can get confused and get lost 😵

@YusufZetro

That cave looks awesome!!

@josuepereira3277

I think it would also be interesting if the depth of the oceans were increased

@Big_Computer

This is really cool! Would some occasional seagrass patches in aquafers or in the bits that are more directly connected to oceans maybe look good? Going off the previous flooded caves that had some aquatic plants as occasional kelp and seagrass in and they were looking super good!

@Borbarad13

Great to see that you are exploring and showcasing it in survival - probably how most people play it. Really interesting. I hope that this connectivity is not too frequent though, so that regular underground mining is not too often "interrupted" by huge lakes. Good stuff.

@sebastianjost

This is great.

I would so love to hear/read more about details, what challenges you had to overcome, how you solved them and so on

@JaswiL-_51

That looks crazy good. Im hoping a new underwater hostile mob will come (preferably something more agile than the drowneds) or a new underwater mechanic that will make it more challenging

@Nerkin

I don't know what to say _

@Gaukh

You know what? A reef biome for water-filled caves would be so nuts! Imagine how beautiful and dangerous it can be, when drowned attack you and where finding ores can be a little bit more challenging.

@galacticgames587

Looking great! Can’t wait for snapshots to start.
