Turning 40 this year and some people say I look 25 and some days they say I look 21. Meditation, exercise, vegetarian diet, only water and almond milk, no alcohol or smoking, and laughing often! Above all, practicing the Presence of God within and gratitude. Namaste!

I'm 54, and the dentist thought I was 40. How is that possible? I have always looked younger than my age all my life. That's a gift from God!

I’m 78 now. Can’t quite believe it myself. But it’s always gratifying to be told “I would never have guessed, you look so much younger!” I don’t see myself as old, I feel timeless!

The truth is that age is not real but health of the mind is a real thing.. people rely on birthdays to measure their lifespan but it’s spiritual hygiene that gives the glow.. the state of mind reflects the resonance from our inner world.. so, forget birthdays and enjoy the live cycles just like nature does🤗

Im 70 and when i meet people at concerts or other places people i friend are in awe of me , they cant believe how young i look . My hair is still dark brown and i have no wrinkles or saggy skin. Im happy, i eat healthy and walk alot drink water. I feel blessed and love my life.

Very interesting that the old soul has a young spirit; it makes sense. This young spirit has energy, a deep sense of purpose, and joy. I think that's why people say, you light a room; It's like a little fountain of youth that people are drawn to. I never thought about it this way before. Thanks for the inspiration. Peace
