I like the way your video titles are straightforward about what the workout will be and not like "bubble butt" or something like that. I also appreciate how you move through the exercises with intention--at a good pace to feel them. It's important to not rush through or you won't even feel the burn. I'm glad to say I feel the burn with your workouts! Thank you!

Thank you so much for making these videos with instrumental music. Sometimes I find a great workout channel, but the lyrics to their songs are either vulgar or sappy. I appreciate your music so much more!

That was so good! Very challenging but that’s what I expect from a 20 min workout. I attempted to do it a 2nd time as I was feeling it but only made it 10 mins in and had to call that good. Thanks again for a thoughtful and enjoyable workout!

This is such a great workout for when you are stretched for time. So often leg day workouts are 30 or 45 minutes long, and I don’t always have that kind of time, trying to squeeze in a strength session before my littles wake up. This was fantastic. Saving it to use again for sure! Thank you! ❤
