@pixelqrazestudio

great job Nolan!

@monkeyfarminc

It's almost like the good old days, waking up to another excellent Nolan video.
How does bad advice spread so far, so quickly -- have you seen the world recently?

@sidewaysdesign

While the objective realism in the turtle .HEIC example seems to be the same, the overall aesthetic in the .HEIC examples do seem to look like more average photos, not taken at "golden hour", using a high dynamic range, etc. Some people may interpret this as more realistic. The .HEIC result is pretty much what you would expect from if "shot on iPhone" or --style raw was used in the prompt.

@jzwadlo

@08:35 its a FLux prompt trick that works in flux, because im sure flux was trained off loads of scraped peoples iphone raw data photos, or people's raw canon or sony photos as well, Midjourney clearly don't train their model the same way, so yep it doesn't work. But people are lazy and will just post anything nowadays, but that's probably where it started :)

@WolfeJAM

{,myth-buster} 💥--Awesome! 🤣

@pedxing

this has to be the strangest release in the last 2 years.

@Toucandoge

I don’t know what the point of draft mode is supposed to be. If you’re experienced with prompting or just using the describe function, it ends up being totally superfluous. Seems like they wasted a lot of time developing it when they should’ve just dumped those resources into making omni reference.

@FlyingLotus

I find that draft mode makes more creative outputs

@blusurfereth

Have you noticed? It's doing it. Now, if you use draft and create an image likea portrait of a beautiful girl (or whatever), then click enhance, it will kind of enhance that specific image that you have enhanced. The only strange thing is that it basically creates almost 4 identical images of the enhanced one (which could make some sense).

@Dazreil

the whole filename trick was originally a flux trick, because it was difficult to get it to produce "boring" images. but the major thing I've found about v 7 is that its excellent at it, try adding "disposable camera" or "flash photography to your prompt.

@mattwelcome2154

Nolan knowledge =blondie to genesis you went for it but still stayed at the same hotel ... create b is a buzz

@EduardGhergheluca

Thank you, prof!

@deanm9652

Hopefully niji v7 comes out this month as well.

@BybbyCreme

1 generation of 4 pictures costs me 4 minutes of my total of 3 hours. before, it was 1 minute. Bye MJ, at least for a while.

@rasserfrasser

Okay, trolling here (sorry), the one thing that's problematic to me with this approach is that Midjourney has a real butterfly net effect where it's like being a nature photographer. There's generations that have a certain expression that, you just CAN'T catch twice. So to go from draft or enhance...it loses that magic. I have loads and loads of images that are "pretty" but what makes the real winners pop out are the ones that generate an emotional response based on -isms, "a look", "a gesture", the way it's "set". I might snag even dozens, but there's always ones that are right at the center of the dartboard, and that's before the artifact discussion. Furthermore, if personalization could be more targeted and focused in aspects, less vague, I'd find it more intriguing. I'm not exactly sure what the "p" means except it's another form of "c" within a given range. In any case, thanks as always Nolan. :)

Buenos días, por favor pon las pistas de audio en español, me gustan mucho tus videos pero deberían estar también en español, recuerda que en USA somos 60M quienes hablamos español. Gracias.
