The underlying issue is that it takes forever to get an visa appointment. If the paper has to be checked in person again, it makes the online submission little to no meaning. A real solution: be either fully online or hire more friendly people representing the diverse ethnic representation in Germany and 10x the appointment availability daily.

In Bangladesch, the students need to wait 26 months to get a visa appointment date for the regular bachelor and masters programs , thought the German embassy official page shows students need to wait „at least“ 19 months. Which is pathetic and stressful.
