After level 16, Mundo's ult causes him to regenerate HP at an incredible rate. He doesn't normally have this regen, however, the overflow of healing juices causes him to automatically heal. In other words, for the 10 seconds following his ultimate activation, Dr.Mundo is effectively immortal...
