Takeaways: 1. If you don't sacrifice for your dreams, your dreams will become sacrifices - you can't do everything 2. Network = net worth -> masterminds 3. Product market fit -> run ads or share what you're doing with content 4. Charge high prices and understand unit economics 5. Buy the knowledge you need to grow 6. Culture, mission, values align then the company will grow 7. Read books 8. Invest properly! 9. Truly help people and get testimonials 10. The world is loud, be selective with what you let in.
The more I learn the more I realize you gotta keep things SIMPLE
Building wealth is great, inner peace is even more important imo. Great video 💜
Start organic > make money > invest back in marketing channels > build flywheels > scale 🔥
This is a great summary - love this format, so useful 👍 Thank you Will!

Hey Guys, It's Will
Thanks Will
Hey Will, it's guys, Value-packed video as always. I am currently reading your book and it's a total gem, I'm on the fence of starting my own education business. However, I feel somewhat disheartened that it doesn't go so in-depth on niche selection. Fact is, I'm between 3 niches currently, and the one I want the most seems to be somewhat saturated (everyone and their mothers doing it, or so it seems). I understand this may be a limiting belief, totally irrational, but if you could do a video on this topic and give your thoughts on whether you believe a niche can become saturated, and whatever other thoughts come to mind when you think of a niche, I'd be most thankful. Stay strong. 👊
Five stars content as always
What is the feeling about Skool to start a free course - and build from there?
bro, I love your content and I want to say one of my opinions on your thumbails: I drawn into watch you more when you stay with less (editing, thumbnail etc.) and I think your audience will like that too. When you make this thumbnail, it gave me a Iman Gadzhi vibe where he is going to sell his shitty SMMA course and pretends he cares for me. Fot last, do whatever you wish to and keep going because you teach so much to us!
