im usually not a fan of this architectural style. but i ABSOLUTELY LOVED every detail of it. and it's history as well.
If Fred Flintstone was the CEO of the Bedrock Quarrel Company this is what he would have built. It’s beautiful.
Loving the cabinetry in this one
This guy needs to write the Kellogg BOOK (which is so needed and justified)!
This is a wonderful, soul inspiring, loving, livable piece of beautiful art. Thank you for allowing the world to get a wisp of it.
Kens designs and palette were always inspirational in design school. Great local and international talent.
Absolutely magnificent! Thought for a moment that it might be a Lautner design, but now I need to learn more about Kellogg!
Наконец то его дома стали красиво снимать и показывать! Один из интереснейших архитекторов современности!
Fantastic! San Diego has so many interesting homes. This is truly special!
The best house I've ever seen.
Wow...absolutely stunning. The design is incredible and so smart. Also the level of craftsmanship is unreal. Just so impressive on in every way
Absolutely beautiful piece of art. Bravo Ken.
stunning and incredible
Livable art piece
The earthy tones bring such a warm and inviting ambiance.
This house is legitimately crazy! Wow, just WOW! 😍😍😍😍
Fifteen years in SD as an architect and I never knew about this house.
As general rule I disapprove of homes perched on the tops of hills or mountains or that break the ridgeline. It is usually done in an ostentatious way and the structure is usually out of scale with a terrible choice of materials to boot. This is brilliantly done. Not over powering but very much fitting for the site. I'd still prefer it not break the ridgeline but this is really great design all around. Well done!
Nice but probably a bit hard to live with and so hard to repair or maintain. Great design and it really works with the setting. Charles
