@tyu3456

2:55 "I've already used up so much time doing absolutely nothing" - me every day 😭

@zsmain

I like how Scott got the confidence back, that was fun, thank you guys

@mula-u5d

I think the hardest part is the start...
You think "im gonna do this way", and when you start doing this way, you see that could be done better with other approach... but you already start coding so you need to stick with the first option or risk lose more time
bro, this is SO fun to watch!

@BudetSvobodnoy

lol I really love the series. It also made me feel normal, cause as a junior dev i feel like I am a bad coder to try random stuff until something works and in this series you are literally doing the same. You still do it better don't get me wrong haha

@medastron

This is it! You guys found an awesome series. Only a matter of time before it blows up. Well done! Please do this way more, like a couple times a week. This series is like the Pass it on of SortedFood or the ProgressionSeries from Cimo or the Hermitcraft of minecraft or the Life series from Grian or the ...

@markandroguevarra6764

"Type in stuff until it works" i like that motto

@d.l.3807

I tried this before watching the video. So I set the clock to 15 min and started coding. I was pretty happy about my result and thought "Ok, this is an easy one. Lets see their approaches." Everyone was talking about box-shadow in the beginning and I was like "Ok, everyone got the same idea." but the further the video went I was like "wtf are they doing?". But in the end Scott beat my score of 611.88. Well played!
My approach: I had 4 elements, pushed them in each corner with flex and then put box-shadow-layer on them.
I didn't like the way I pushed the elements into the corners and was hoping to find some better solutions but man, you had very different solutions :D gg

@shauntoribrown2458

I've just began my coding journey but by watching yall different thought processes and being able to follow along...even thru some of the chaos lol, I'm learning. Keep em coming

@TechFusion-f9j

Omg you guys are all so unintentionally funny. Thumbs up to the video editor
MORE CSS BATTLES PLEASE

@BradleyDunlap

Love this series! Can I make a suggestion? After discussing your solutions, you should look at a top result and dissecting how they did it and see what the most efficient solution is

@samyerkes

Great job Scott! Fun watch

@Moonraper205

Hell yeah! Love watching these. Keep on teaching me new things guys!

@reem46490

More CSS Battles! Fun to watch and I like the walk throughs at the end - helps me learn the syntax.

@kevalshah3024

I literally learned about box shadow in an interesting way , thanks

@TNVRALI

i am just learning from this man !! this is freaking gooodd!!! i used to regret watching videos on youtube but this is learning MAN wohhh

@kenscode

These competitions are awesome! They scare the hell out me because my CSS skills are scary 😂

@Musiken

Fun one, didn't check the time but got a 620.25 {313} using a clip-path and a repeating-linear-gradient. Nice to see completely different approaches!

@szakii89

These css battles are super fun!

@robertboskind

"I've already used up so much time doing absolutely nothing" - My exact thought any time I try something like this
