Wow, didn't realize legal financing was an investable asset class. Already so many frivolous lawsuits that makes life so unpredictable here in the US that makes taking risk now even more dangerous to your financial well being. Financing lawsuits also appears to be highly politicized. Another nail in the coffin for America.

Jeff knows his stuff for sure, but diversifying with bitcoin and then also a bitcoin backed security seems to be pooling the same risk together. Using that to tailor the volatility does make sense though.
