This seems to be a theory someone created to make a name for themselves. Sigh. This is a conflation of several issues, including poor training, disinterest, and/or intentional ouster, instead of trend or direct/intentional action of the manager. This theory, as presented, needs more thought.
If they are firing you...Slow down...take many bathroom breaks (claim medical conditions )...take your time ...who cares if it doesn't get done...(sue for harassment/discrimination)
