Any data what country originated this type of employment-separation practice? Or is there any information that suggests companies in the US, AUS, EU are more likely to do this vs. the BRICS nations? Very curious if there’s a relationship to geopolitical/socioeconomic situations on where these companies are physically situated in.

This seems to be a theory someone created to make a name for themselves. Sigh. This is a conflation of several issues, including poor training, disinterest, and/or intentional ouster, instead of trend or direct/intentional action of the manager. This theory, as presented, needs more thought.

If they are firing you...Slow down...take many bathroom breaks (claim medical conditions )...take your time ...who cares if it doesn't get done...(sue for harassment/discrimination)
