I live on Vancouver Island close to the 49th parallel. I've been using GDS+Glonass (default on my Garmin watch). Would there be an advantage based on my latititude and chosen activities(I'm a mountain biker) to switching to GPS+Galileo? I haven't tested out the accuracy too much on my rides, but I'll notice that my watch may say I've ridden 18km, but when I upload the data to Strava the result may increase +/- 500m or so

Nice info on the GPS (American) GLONASS (Russian) and GALILEO (European Union).... who do you want to share your info with ?
Or as I actually came onto YouTube originally which one drains my Fenix 6 the most... or as GLONASS & GALILEO satellites have been floating around the uk since 1978 interesting stuff
