If you would like to file a complaint against the State’s Attorneys involved in this injustice, all relevant contact information is in the description! It’s your 1st amendment right!

@thomasdesmond2248

I can't believe the City Attorney is admitting to the City's failure to keep private information private.

@ALPHA1-2.

All these state employees should be ashamed of themselves trying to punish someone for exercising the first amendment rights!! They should all be fired!! They are NOT for the people!!

@ZardLife1989

The fact they charged him
And not the security guard is insane

@monicasissysouthgate2222

I love that the internet is forever and we can see this forever and ever and ever

@dimitrijensk2845

I hope that officer has to take the stand. I want to hear his response when he is asked why he did absolutely zero investigative work before arresting LIA.

@MarinaJBoyd

I have been a court advocate (turned activist) for almost 10 years. I've learned that if you dare to be on the right side of the law, and refuse to back down, they will shamelessly resort to lying and cheating to defeat you. When this first happened to me, it was terrifying because these people have a lot of power to ruin you (and they will not hesitate to try), but I finally realized that surrender to this very evil system just isn't an option.

@GrumpyGeorge68

That cop who told the City Attorney to put in his report after the arrest that he officially asked Sean to leave knew that the trespass by that time was illegal.

@corbster003

You’re killing it. Thanks for holding these tyrants accountable.

@jackdaniels-vs8gz

Can’t wait and can’t believe it take 3 days to wrap up a simple case. This is why it takes years to get Justice.

@kxngdavid

They acknowledge the trial is stupid but fail to realize how their stupidity got them there.

@Jackaroo.

You’re doing important work. These crooks are being exposed.

@lasee-daze

How can you expect a fair trial when a whole state is corrupt. If you have cops, town hall workers & a mayor that won't abide by the constitution or our rights how far do you have to go in order to get them to understand that if they're gov workers they HAVE TO?
I really appreciate what mr. Reyes is doing for us & our rights. Also, for holding all those accountable for violating them ❤

@generals6561

The prosecutors should be ashamed of themselves.

@brkbtjunkie

I love how they create a disturbance and then say you’re creating a disturbance. Public employee logic right there.

@JeepHeap69

The judge should have already stopped the prosecution, and dismissed the charges, to save them from embarrassing themselves any more.

@KimSmith-v5k

Everything done at a town hall is publicly accessible information. From land deeds, property taxes, marriages, births, deaths, estate liquidation, bankruptcy, foreclosures, inheritance of property, transference of estates and property, the value of our homes, the arrearage of taxes, dog, fishing and hunting licenses, adoptions, divorces, wills, etc, etc, etc., all are public info. This atty and the town clerk were simply being difficult. This sec guard was scary... anyone who gets so triggered over simple policies not being obeyed, should never work in the public. This guard caused 90% of the drama... the clerk and atty caused the rest.

@ykmjc

I've been watching auditing videos for a very long time. This is the type of follow up footage we need to see. Unprofessional city officials being held accountable! Good Job.

@kerim7469

Crazy that the attorney doesn’t know anything when Sean’s lawyer asks but has full detailed answers when the prosecutor asks.

@billfisher97

Every time I see it I get more angry. I cannot believe they tried to get away with this. I want JUSTICE!!!! NOW!!!
