I have a couple of other suggestions from a video I've seen (and yes, I do use all of these) For the shield, A better option would be to fuse the Hylian shield to an Igneo talus heart or shard of Dinraal's spike as it have better combat capabilities as well as a few other QOL uses, being instant updrafts (if in grass), instant campfires and as well as mining. Aside from that, the Talus heart/Dinraal Spike doesnt consume your battery at all or shield durability as much as the frost emitter when you simply put your shield up. But of course, for optimal land movement, you're gonna want a shield dedicated for shield surfing! If you don't want to duplicate your Hylian shield, the next best shield would be the Radiant Shield as it takes the least amount of durability when shield surfing more than any other shield. You'll want to fuse it with a minecart, sled or zonai cart, it doesnt matter as all of them have the same level of shield surfing slipperiness... Yes, that's what it's called in the game files... For the melee weapon, If you really want to go the bone prof. route, the better weapon to use would be a (pristine) royal broadsword/claymore fused to a Molduga jaw, what they lack in durability they make up for in quantity unlike the scimitar. (Note; I chose the royal swords because in the late game, when you'll probably follow this video, combat becomes more focused around flurry rushing and as some may or may not know, the royal weapons deal 2x more damage when flurry rushing, increasing their damage by a drastic amount) If you don't want to take the bone prof. route, the next best weapon would be be a Lightscale Trident/Zora Spear (for repairability) and/or Royal Broadsword fused to a silver Lynel mace horn and Frost Gleeok horn respectively. About the trident, some may ask. 'Why not use a silver Lynel Saber horn? It has more fuse damage" and which to that I say, would you rather have a weapon that can break ore deposits, enemy armor and higher damage on Froxes and Taluses, or 4 more fuse damage? It's a lot better (in my opinion) to use a mace horn rather than a saber horn on any occasion whether it's the base or silver as it has many more advantages than the latter. A small note, since we're dealing with a Zora weapon here, we can also double it's base attack by making Link wet. The quickest way I've found is to attack, quickly press up on the d-pad and drop a splash fruit or chuchu jelly, this will immediately hit the fruit or jelly, causing Link to get wet. This does take up one durability but I'd say it's much easier than having Sidon out and chasing him or having him run to you mid-fight to activate the passive because And for the broadsword, the frost Gleeok horn never runs out of elemental energy, meaning it lasts the entire flurry rush (assuming you do one with it), which also means that the flurry rush will break the enemy you use it against, twice, dealing two critical hits in one go. Doing this would deal massive damage to the enemy and would likely kill it in just a single flurry rush, dealing 1,404 damage per pop which is an instant death for any freezable enemy without any attack boosts. For the armor, this really depends whether you go for the bone prof. route or the regular route, For the bone people, obviously just use the radiant set (or the Phantom Ganon set for the risky folks). And for the regular people, use either the Barbarian Set or Fierce Deity set. I'd recommend getting the Fierce Deity set because although the materials to upgrade it are a bit more tedious to aqcuire, it's definitely cheaper than the Barbarian Set, which requires a 15 of white Lynel saber and mace horns and 9 of blue Lynel saber and mace horns just to name a few. The bow is perfect, don't ever change it. (Do however, keep any long-ranged bow for other things as the 5-shot Savage Lynel Bow only has the base shooting range. i.e. Twilight Bow or any of the Rito Bows) Sorry for yapping so much lol don't take this too seriously
I thought this video would have a lot more views. It seems well made
