For me, all past and current ThinkPad models in the T16, T15, etc. series died instantly with the announcement (25.02.2024) of the T16 Gen 3, where they finally updated the layout of some of the keys, which for many years was crucial for many people.

the heat outlet is on the backside...but if you open the screen the bottom of the screen blocks the air output...this doesn't look oke

i want the old style keyboard as an option. Working with termninals is alot easier on the T420 than the following models. Please let an adult make your product video. I have got ADHD now.

A little bit of a story about Lenovo experience Swiss branch. Ive been thinkpad user for over 10 yrs now. Last thinkpad I ordered was from the Swiss branch pc with addons worth of CHF1k. When I received my new Thinkpad, there was no addons at all. Getting help from their website is just a mess. Took me hours to get to a real person-messenger. At first they tried to convince me that I ordered a plain laptop, however when I showed the order details and comparison of a anked laptop vs the same one with addons, conversation started moving. I was promised that they will review the case (only they know what there is to review) and get back to me with 5 working days. Its been 10 calendar days now, no feedback from them, and I still cant use my laptop because I dont know whether I will end up returning it (matter of principle) or they will revert with something constructive. After such experience I am definitely not going to be their customer ever again.

what about the P series coz i think they are also the bleeding age thinkpads due to their upgradeable slots n their are goin to the right direction imagine having an option of upgradeable GPU & CPU , in future you wil reach an option of inserting 2GPU SLOTS & 2CPU SLOTS all removeable that will be fun thank you lenovo keep up the GOOD UP THE GOOD THINKPADS
