Great video, thanks! Quick question - might 2 hours of sourcing and outreach be not enough, depending on the number of active positions recruiter is working on? With screening calls - ideally it would be to schedule them all within a 2 hour window, but it highly depends on when it is convenient for the candidate as well, so might be dispersed throughout the day.
Love the calendar blocking schedule. This is something I've been wanting to do as a new Technical Sourcer. But I noticed if I share my calendly invite to candidates, my whole day looks unavailable. How do you provide that time to candidates? Just manual scheduling?
