@koala.symphony

Game is called "Tower of Silence" on Steam! Link is in my channel description. Sub for more updates and design tips :)

@milkman4407

“This was a bug, however it was FUCKING AWESOME so I kept it”

@Luminessense

-see's smol wizard guy
-bug becomes feature
-instawishlisted

@UserIsGlassed

Literally Hakita when he found out you can parry your shotgun shells

@TheAdvertisement

We gotta start counting how many times this hyperdash bug has been independently discovered and included.

@eyalhasnis8702

Bro re envented the wavedash

@eldritchHungry

this is the best part of game development.

finding a bug and having it in actually improves gameplay rather than detracts from it.

@avena7506

As a Celeste player this makes me chuckle, all my favorite games only exist because of this development mentality

@Kailova07

I love how wave dashing is always in games and never on purpose

@trampolinegamer8296

In Celeste, this is called a 'super' (or 'hyper'
And when done in the air it is a 'wavedash'

@Jacquelinsane

It’s so fun watching new devs discover that sliding long jumps from Mario 64 are in fact a cool feature

@CooperKanaloa

Hakita making ULTRAKILL when he discovers momentum

@ra1n-ftw

This is how warframe got its cool movement, it was a glitch similar to this and everyone loved it so much they added it

@TheTSATurtle

Dash jumping in ULTRAKILL explained in an entirely different game

@goingjester

Turning a bug into a feature I'd just, "I'm too lazy to fix it and it's way to funny to remove so I'mma let everyone enjoy it"

@diamond5914

I love the ideas of when devs turn a seemingly simple bug into features. It adds excitement sometimes knowing that fun things like this actually turn to stay

@michaelw5633

I love it when little bugs become features honestly

@tadeuszmarkowski2087

Momentum preservation is the best thing a movement/platforming game can have! Good thing you kept it!

@FrootDeMoN

Wait?
Mesopotamia? The Persian empire or something?
Dude are you for real this is epic that your game is inspired by those stuff :D

@viviennestone8851

Keeping glitches that have a positive effect is good game design, because this probably isn't a feature you'd add naturally early on or at all, but enhances the players experience
