Im still playing on my PS4 Pro since launch, cleaned it inside out various and replaced the thermal paste, and it still runs great!

PS4 pro was a more substantial upgrade over ps4 it was the first attempt at 4k and 60 frames per second. If you had a 4k HDR uhdtv like me it was a clear upgrade all around. I don't even see a big improvement with the PS5 it's marginal at best. Only load time was the clear difference between PS4 pro and PS5.

Right now, Sony is designing the PS6 making it all digital, pricing it at $1,000, and making it more ugly and unstable so consumers will have to buy more stand accessories.

11:43 You completely messed up the inflation accounting. The older PS4s should have their price adjusted to 2024 money, not the other way around, so the PS4 Pro would in today's money be more than $399.
