This is true they forgot to put elevators and the constructor (he was Spanish ) did go bankrupt but after a year or so a new constructor (a Russian one ) continued the tower and put elevator only from floor -3 to floor 23 and after another year the elevators upgraded and now there are 6 or so main elevators that go from -3 to 46 and there were 2 cargo elevators from -3 to 46 and there were 2 elevators that go to the roof to the jacuzzis that goes from 46 to 47 Now you might think how do I know this I know this because my dads friend lives there and he told me that story And because the second constructor was Russian that’s the reason why there are lots of Russians and Ukrainians

This video is very misleading, It has perfectly normal elevators. The only issue with elevators was the temporary construction ones. One collapsed killing some people and they had no backups
