Miles!!! You've just gained a subscriber!!! I have ADHD so I've been trying all sorts of apps to help me manage my time & productivity.. e.g. Notion, Upbase, Sunsama, etc. but I've always felt the reason I was unable to commit to them was because it did not sync as well as I would have liked it to with the Apple Ecosystem... came across your video on a whim and bookmarked to watch it later and you explain things so clearly with useful examples and practical application tips... this video is such a gem... I've sat at the cafe for about 2 hours now just listening to your video and organising a system that would work well for me... can't wait to dig into your other videos!!! God bless!!!
thanks for making me realize i need to set up a productivity system 😭😭
Apple ecosystem is the Goat
I’ve been trying to figure out how I can utilize Apples free apps to create a whole system for my life. I was tired of all these different paid apps. Thank you for this, helps a lot!
Miles!! Your video caught my eye haha, as I switched everything from Android and went fully into Apple's ecosystem, this is helpful. So happy to see your channel doing well by the way!! :)
I really wish that Apple allowed you to sync the Calendar or Reminder Alert to Alarms versus notifications.
This is probably the best video I have watched on this topic... Thanks!
suggestion: You might want to not back one time block against another time block and have a 15 min time transition break
Great video... I do always wonder do people actually do this micromanaging of their life? Like do you really need to add gym and dinner and these type of routine things into daily schedule? Don't get me wrong, I work on a manager position where work often bleeds into my private life off the clock and all... but I feel like I would spend more time tweaking this and adding/removing stuff. Also there are bunch of things that come up during the day that are not in the schedule , it feels more of a complication than a solution to me... but again maybe that's just me. I do use loads of reminders and calendar events, both on private and company phone, but I can't see how it would be possible for me to fill whole days in advance with one thing after another and trying to keep up with it.
Also interested in knowing that Reminders keyboard shortcut. Thanks!
Watching from Ireland - really love your video. I’ve watched 100’s of these type of videos and yours offered something different. I can see your building your subscribers , keep at it man! You’ve got a real talent and I I think your videos are great. Keep it up man, best of luck to you!
Amazing walkthrough, especially the detailed explanation on time blocking with Apple's ecosystem! 🍏 It's crazy how these updates have leveled up the classic apps. Has anyone else tried syncing their entire productivity workflow into Apple apps? Curious to see if you've noticed a big difference too!
i just knew reminders could be viewed like kanban! thanks
Thank you for inspiring me to finally give up Outlook!
Great video, made me download the new mac os just for the inbox in reminders feature. Been using 'Structured' just for that. Thans for the video, now watching your 3 step process one next!! :)
I agree that using the Apple apps is a good call. To me the only thing missing is being able to link contacts. As an example if a Reminder is to call doctor for appointment how great would it be to link that contact to the Reminder. Several after market app have that feature. Enjoyed your video.
Thank I not an apple use but the principle can still be use on my outlook
I’ve been wanting to do all this for years but it always seemed to be clunky. IOS18 and other updates on the way will hopefully make it all fit much better now. Thank you, have subscribed.
The best productivity hack is to outsource. Just invest the $100-200 per month to have a Virtual Assistance take on a bookkeeping, editing, data scraping, anything that can be done online task. You only have so much time in the day before you start compromising health.
